media. It also has high corrosion and erosion fatigue properties as
well as lower thermal expansion and higher thermal conductivity
than austenitic.
The yield strength is
about twice that of austenitic stainless
steels.
Polished by hand to a
mirror finish to assist in making a quality part. In the
passivation process after buffing, acid and rinsing remove surface
contaminants from the products and produce a hydrous oxide film
